Our STRATEGY 2026-2031

For over thirty Years, Ballysillan Youth For Chirst, ‘the BlueHouses’ has walked alongside the young people and families of Ballysillan, turning presence into possibility and hope into transformation. As we launch this new five-year strategy, we stand on the firm foundation of deepened relationships, expanded programmes, and lives profoundly changed through faith, hope, and love.

Central to it are 3 interconnected goals:
Growing Safe and Sustainable Services – deepening holistic, needs-led programmes that are inclusive, resilient, and built to last.
Building a Resilient, Future-Ready Organisation – investing in our people, governance, and infrastructure so we can serve faithfully for generations to come.
Amplifying Voice, Visibility, and Viability – championing the stories and strengths of our community while securing diverse, sustainable income streams.

Our strategy reflects the voices of people, the wisdom of our staff and volunteers, and the discernment of our Board, who together have shaped a vision that is both ambitious and anchored.

Over the next five years, we will strengthen our foundations, expand our reach, and deepen our discipleship. We will invest in leadership, amplify youth voice, and forge new partnerships that honour our values and extend our mission. Above all, we will continue to be a place where hope is lived out daily – where people are seen, heard, and empowered to thrive.

This is more than a plan. It is a declaration of faith in the future of Ballysillan’s young people, families and communities – and a call to action for all who believe in their worth.
