What do you love about your job:
My job is mostly finance and administration . Believe it or not I get a buzz preparing monthly financial reports monitoring how the centre is managing financially.

What you love about Ballysillan:
I love the staff and the people of the community who use the Centre. I love hearing the stories and reading the reports of how lives are impacted by what we do here and how God has made a difference to the lives of many.

Favourite activity to do in the centre:
It’s got to be lunch times when all the staff gather in the kitchen to eat lunch together hearing reports about what’s been happening in the Centre, in the Community and in everybody’s lives.

Favourite item from tuck shop:
Hard to beat a wee Freddo although they have become a whole lot smaller and would be better if they were 70% dark chocolate, (I can remember when a Freddo was 10p !!!)

Tell us about you and what you like to do outside of work (family, hobbies):
Married to the lovely Heather who is smart, a great cook and spoils me rotten! Have 2 children and 6 grandchildren. We have a dog called Archie which we enjoy walking especially at the North Coast. Our favourite beach is Runkerry at Portballintrae. Also enjoy gardening; growing fruit and veg and keeping a few hens. Our church at Legacurry has played a big part in both our lives over the years.
